Find My Accountant is Estonia’s largest accounting services portal, where private individuals and legal entities can request quotes for accounting and consulting services.

Both private individuals and legal entities (such as OÜ, MTÜ, AS, ÜÜ, KÜ, etc.) can submit requests through the Find My Accountant portal – whether they are seeking services for a new or an existing entity..

Finding a service provider through the portal is free for you. Our business model is based on charging the accountant a small service fee when they acquire a client through us.

Fill out a short form in the portal with your company information and service needs. The system will create a request and share it with accountants in the portal, and those who are interested will send you their offers.

You don’t need to create an account in the Find My Accountant portal to submit a request. When you submit your request, you’ll receive a unique link where you can view, compare offers, and choose a service provider.

The prices and terms from service providers are displayed in a clear, comparable format on a unique link created for your request. Once you've chosen a suitable offer, you need to confirm it – only then will the accountant be able to contact you.

You can request a quote for monthly accounting, annual reports, tax registrations, business setup consulting, or general financial advisory services.

Joining the portal is free. You can choose to use the free package or subscribe to the PRO package, which offers more features and a lower service fee. Choose the package that suits you HERE.

When you submit a request, you remain anonymous – your name and legal entity details are not visible to service providers. This information is only shared with the provider whose offer you choose to accept.

Only legal entities providing accounting or financial services and holding a user account in the Find My Accountant portal can submit quotes.

The unique link created for your request expires seven (7) days after the request deadline. After that, you will no longer have access to the submitted offers.

Each offer includes a chat window where you can message the service provider directly and anonymously before making your decision.

Once you’ve found a suitable provider and confirmed the offer, your contact details will be forwarded to the selected service provider. The accountant will get in touch with you within two business days.

Each request includes a questions-and-answers section where you can submit clarifying questions. The communication is anonymous but visible to both the client and all other service providers. Direct messaging with the client is not possible.

Selecting a winner is not mandatory if you didn’t receive a suitable offer or decide to cancel your request for any reason. Submitting a request does not obligate you to order a service or accept any offer.

We ask for an email address and phone number from all users. If you represent a legal entity, you’ll also need to provide the entity’s name. This information remains confidential and is not visible to service providers.

The service agreement is made between you and the selected service provider, and any disputes are resolved between the two of you. FMA Estonia OÜ is not a party to the contract but regularly collects feedback on service providers to ensure the reliability of the portal and the quality of the service.
