FindMyAccountant (findmyaccountant.eu) is Estonia’s leading portal for finding accounting services. Both private and legal persons can request accounting services, legal persons can make offers to those requests, and the platform acts as a matchmaking place where clients and accountants can also communicate directly.

Both private individuals and legal entities (such as OÜ, MTÜ, AS, ÜÜ, KÜ, etc.) can submit requests through the FindMyAccountant portal – whether they are seeking services for a new or an existing entity.

Finding a service provider through the portal is free. Our business model is based on charging the accountant a small service fee when they acquire a client through us.

Fill out a short questionnaire in the portal with your information and service needs. The system will create an anonymous request and send it to accountants who match your needs and expectations.

You don’t need to create an account in the FindMyAccountant portal to submit a request. After submitting your request, you’ll receive a unique link where you can view and compare offers, chat with accountants, and choose the offer that suits you.

All offers are shown in a clear, comparable format on a unique link for your request. Once you choose and confirm an offer, the accountant can contact you.

You can request a quote for monthly accounting, annual reports, tax registrations, business setup consulting, virtual address services, or general financial advisory services.

Submitting an offer is free. If your offer is selected as the winning one, a small fee applies, which is specified for each offer.

When you submit a request, you remain anonymous – your name and legal entity details are hidden from service providers. This information is only shared with the provider whose offer you accept.

Only legal entities providing accounting, financial, or business services and holding a user account in the FindMyAccountant portal can submit quotes.

The unique link created for your request expires thirty (30) days after the request deadline. After that, you will no longer have access to the submitted offers.

Each offer includes an anonymous chat window where you can message the service provider directly before making your decision.

Once you confirm an offer, your contact details are shared with the selected service provider. The accountant will contact you within two business days.

Each request includes a questions-and-answers section where you can submit clarifying questions. The communication is anonymous and visible to the client and all service providers. Private messaging is only possible after the client initiates a chat.

Choosing a winner is not mandatory if you don’t receive a suitable offer or decide to cancel your request. Submitting a request does not obligate you to order a service or accept any offer.

We ask for your name, email address and phone number. If you represent a legal entity, you’ll also need to provide its name. This information remains confidential and is not visible to accountants.

The service agreement is between you and the selected provider, and any disputes are handled directly between you. FMA Estonia OÜ is not a party to the contract but collects feedback on service providers to maintain portal reliability and service quality.
